TBF FINANCE, UAB (hereafter also referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is licensed as a payment institution under Authorization Code LB000465 and is regulated by the Bank of Lithuania. The Company is incorporated under the laws of Lithuania with Company Code: 304483528 and has its registered address at Konstitucijos pr. 21A, Vilnius, LT-08130, Lithuania. The Company owns and operates the domain papel.com (hereafter the “Website”).
